Schedule all meetings for CEO and prepare the meeting agenda

Record minutes of internal meetings conducted by the CEO

Receive inquiries on behalf of the CEO and coordinate with the concerned personnel in the company and subsidiaries department/ section to provide necessary clarifications

Schedule appointments for and on behalf of the CEO

Take dictation from the CEO and compose and type correspondence

Answer the CEO telephone calls and give information to callers or direct calls to appropriate officials and place outgoing calls for the CEO

Draft letters and official correspondence as per the direction of the CEO

Prepare the CEO outgoing mail and send to relevant personnel for dispatch

Arrange travel schedules and reservations for the CEO


Proficiency in MS office tools

Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines

Ability to plan ahead and prepare accordingly

Excellent organization skills and attention to details
