Job Position: HR and Admin Officer
Job Location: Dubai
Job Description: A leading trading Company in UAE is looking for a HR and Admin Officer.

Job Description:

  • Handling pre-recruitment, recruitment, on-board and exit process
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Create, implement and manage on-boarding plans
  • Conducting and analyzing exit interviews
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
  • Handling Attendance, Leave management & Salary notes
  • Payroll preparation
  • Administer Employee benefits like Health Insurance, Life Insurance, etc
  • Preparing different types of letters (Offer letters, Warning letters, Termination letters, Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters, NOC letters, Pay slips, etc); Control the documents issued
  • Plan and implement appraisal form for employees
  • Write Human Resource Company policy and advise department Managers about it. Consult Ministry of Labour to ensure that HR policy complies with UAE Labour law
  • Identifying legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures etc are in compliance.
  • Liaise closely with other Department heads on all HR matters
  • Processing of Labour and Immigrations approvals for all the Company sponsored staff
  • Processing Visit visas as and when required
  • Handling Labour complaints and Court cases
  • Handling POA whenever required
  • Renewal of Trade licenses and Tenancy contracts prior to the expiry date
  • Handle Office Administrative jobs


Required Skill set:

  • Proven work experience as HR and Administrative Officer
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong Teamwork skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • MBA Graduate
