Job Position: Corporate Receptionist
Job Description: Charterhouse – Dubai – Charterhouse is working with a leading legal firm who is looking to hire their next Receptionist / Team Administrator to join their busy team. As the Receptionist, you will report directly into the Operations Manager and support other members of the team with various day-to-day administrative tasks. You will deal with walk-in enquiries, answer telephone calls, manage the main meeting room calendar and assist with various tasks when required. It is an additional benefit if you hold previous experience processing UAE visa’s and also hold experience organizing travel arrangements. You will need to be able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional and friendly demeanour. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate should be a native English speaker and be western educated. You should have previous experience managing a busy reception desk within a corporate environment or similar. UAE experience is preferred in the candidate’s most recent role. This is an excellent opportunity for a well presented candidate who is interested in pursuing their next position in Dubai.
