Job Position: Senior Sales Specialist – Installation Products, ABB Kuwait
Job Description: ABB – Kuwait – Tasks: 1. Volume and Profit Sells: Electrifications products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for BU EPIP as agreed. 2. Customer Relations: Establish and maintain effective customer relationships (from commercial to administrative functions) to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale. 3. Sales Plans: Prepare sales plans using company tools (i.e. Sales force). Perform regular status review and propose recovery plan(s) in case of potential order shortfalls. 4. Sales: Ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals through effective product/solution presentation and negotiation. Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and condition). 5. Marketing: Ensure efficient marketing communication to external customers (both current and prospects) and communicate the value proposition of the offer to the end customers. Implement proactive promotional activities for the customer target group. 6. New Market Opportunities: Contribute to the development of new market opportunities in the designated territory supporting other sales professionals. 7. Training: Manage and drive education of the target audience by conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions. 8. Offer Preparation: Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices. 9. Technical Support: Strong technical knowledge to support partners & customers and local sales team to promote value base selling.
