Job Position: Telesales Executive – Banassurance
Job Description: Transguard Workforce Solutions – Dubai – To sell Insurance products to Credit card Customers professionally and effectively – Contact existing credit card customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts – Answer questions about products or the company – Handle customer queries and close sales over the phone Key Responsibilities and Accountability – Achieve financial targets in line with business plan. – To acquire the company’s credit card customers for insurance products, over the telephone / through the website. – Observe, practice and contribute to the development and implementation of Best Practice initiatives. – Handle telephone inquiries pertaining to the various personal lines products, policy terms and conditions and claims. – Respond and provide prompt & efficient telephone response to clients and take necessary action to queries received, if any. – Correspond and maintain good relations and regular contact with clients and team members. – Prioritize and manage time effectively… to avoid backlogs. – Attend and contribute to information sessions and training. – Keep up to date with product developments, current trends and developments in insurance, related technology. – Build healthy relationships with various departments and coordinate work / issues effectively. – Takeover jobs of absent team members according to instructions and procedures given. – Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the Portfolio or Product Manager.
