Job Description: ManpowerGroup – Dubai – To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas while developing new customers and maintaining existing sales. Serves customers by selling products; meeting, explaining, convincing and ensuring customer needs. Sells in the flexibility and diversity of the company with bespoke food product solutions Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery Increasing the knowledge of the products to existing and potential customers by coordinating demonstrations and meetings with Intelligent Foods development chefs, production and technical advisors Services existing accounts, obtains orders if required, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors Develop a daily / weekly call list and maintain information accuracy monthly To develop a target list of new customer… development with district manager’s support Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume driven customers in the HORECA, Food service, catering / events and retail markets Coordinates with Marketing Manager updates on market specific price lists and product literature Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses Monitors trends and competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, other unique issues as it relates to sales Reaching the month, quarterly and yearly targets Recommends changes in products, service, and strategy by evaluating results and competitive developments Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management production and Quality teams Instigates regular follow ups…see more details
