Preferably: European, Russian or Arabic. Job Responsibilities: 1- Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. 2- Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, drafting letters, preparing presentations, preparing & submitting tenders, preparing & planning forbiddings, Operations Planning and assisting operations & office staff etc. 3- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc. 4- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals… and monitor the activities. 5- Development & Organize filling system and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system. 6- Ability to work in diverse industries and experience a wide variety of company cultures. 7- Experience in handling different lines of Businesses. 8- Experience in Business & Social Media Marketing. 9- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports/letters as assigned. 10- Prepare correspondence and stuff mails & coordinator office management activities. 11- Prepare statistical reports and spreadsheets. 12- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly. 13- Prepare agenda for Meeting and preparing minutes of the meeting. 14- Help to prepare Office budget & Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
