Provide administrative support for the Management’s operational activities such as scheduling meetings, writing business proposals, following up on corporate correspondence, drafting letters, and preparing & submitting quotations. 2. Support the Managing Director with all his activities and tasks such as arranging meetings, providing assistance and follow up on his behalf with third party organizations. 3. Develop & Organize filing system for all hard copy documents and also maintain an electronic filing system. 4. Adapt to diverse industries and work productively in a wide variety of company cultures. 5. Create posts on behalf of the Company on Social Media channels to develop brand awareness and generate sales opportunities. 6.
