Job Position: Secretarial / Personal Assistant
Job Description: Dubai – This position is a secretarial and personal assistant role to the CEO and his office. You will have the opportunity to work in a nurturing, inclusive and productive work environment, where respect and professionalism is of utmost importance. We promote self-growth and awareness. Duties include: Answering phone calls and addressing enquiries, Organizing meetings and appointments, Booking and arranging travel and transport for CEO and business partners, Reminding CEO of important tasks and deadlines, Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, Managing databases and filing all office expenses, Maintaining administrative systems, Liaising between staff, suppliers and clients, Completing miscellaneous tasks to support the team in finishing projects, Keeping the office organized and clean, Upkeep in personal hygiene, presentability; organizing personal work space; smart casual or business attire must be worn at all times unless otherwise specified.
