Job Position: Key Account Sales Manager – Hyper
Job Description: شركة البركة الدولية للمواد الغذائية – Kuwait City – Job description / Role We are looking for a candidate who will independently take care of important clients from modern trade. Our company is currently offering a great opportunity to join their successful team in Kuwait and developing your future career. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing productive long-term relationships with customers. Creating long-term strategies with the clients. Act as a main contact for existing and new customers. Reaching sales targets, Increase market share. Preparing volume forecasts and plans. Regularly monitor the stock count sheets, advise on items with overstock. Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts. Suggesting promotions, based on promotions calendar from key account clients. Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with all contracted accounts (produce and manage timetable). Co-ordinate with general sales manager agenda / issues. Ensure all paper work is up to date (e.g. plan-o-grammes, contracts, forms, etc). Ensure collection and credit facilities of all accounts adhere to the company policies. Conduct regular site visits and prepare reports to the senior management regarding. Skills Minimum of 5-7 years experience is required, preferably within a similar position for 2 years. Bachelor’s degree is must. English is a must. Have a car and valid driving licenses. Transferable visa (18). Strong personality, self confident and patient. High leadership qualities. Training and coaching of sales team. Appraisal of team members. Initiative, follow through & priority setting. Effective communication skills. Problem solving, thinking (analysis). Moderate excel skills, rest of the MS application are advantage.
