Job Position: Female Office Administrator cum Accountant
Job Description: Dubai – Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues whenever necessary Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy filling system for employees files, passport,visa, insurance, leaves ect. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation of Staffs Arranging monthly salaries WPS Arranging all the requirement of Manager Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments Dealing with incoming email, phone calls… Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well arranged Responsibility for accounts and budgets Responsibility of the daily petty cash Responsibility of daily closing of the cash machine Responsibility of preparing account payables such as account payable, invoice, purchase order Responsibility of checking and verifying invoices Responsibility of monthly inventory Responsibility of weekly sales report Responsibility of monthly sales report Responsibility monthly finance report including Expenditure, Income, Profit Responsibility of dealing with all the suppliers Responsibility of ordering the goods after management approval Knowledge of TALLY Job Requirements Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS…see more details
