Job Position: Senior HR & Admin Manager(Only Omani Nationals)
Job Description: AJYAL HR Solutions & Services – Muscat – Job Purpose The purpose of the job is to manage all operational functions of Human Resources through the development and implementation of policies and procedures incorporating legal and best practice, ensuring the needs of the employee and organization are met Major Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plan for HR and Administration in line with organizational goals Develop innovative and cost-effective HR policies and programs that are focused on recruiting and retaining the best employees and that encourage the development of the staff talent Provide organizational design, change management and other HR interventions that enable to respond to changes in technology and work practice and achieve the most efficient deployment of staff Make recommendations on pay and reward that are based on external benchmarking to ensure is able to attract and retain talent Support board and CEO as necessary, in addressing staff compensation, benefits and other employment issues Forecast training requirements across the organization and deliver timely/effective training plans for staff development Manage all Omanization plans and requirements for to assure company compliance with applicable hiring targets and Oman Government employment rules and regulations Lead the recruitment process to ensure is able to attract and recruit the right people with the right skills at the right time Support Department Managers to identify and plan manpower requirements Lead the performance evaluation process ensuring that a fair and equitable process is applied across the organisation Oversee administrative activities that support operations including; office supplies, transportation, stores and warehouses, company vehicles and reception area Conduct exit interviews and utilize the information to identify reasons for employee termination and make recommendations for improvement and retention Respond and manage to …see more details
