Job Position: Financial Analyst & Administrative Assistant
Job Description: The ReKruiters – Muscat – We are hiring on the behalf of our client who is looking for an Executive Assistant to the chairman, the ideal candidate should have a financial or Accounting background as she will be reviewing all invoices and reports before the chairperson’s signature. Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the Chairman of the Board. Acting as a point of contact for the Chairperson with the management team and staff. Managing the Chairman’s calendars which includes planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, travel, conferences and administering the necessary logistics. Preparing timesheets and expense reports. Monitoring customer accounts for the entire management team to make sure they are on track. Organizes and maintains paper and electronic file systems, and files correspondence and other records. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
