Job Position: Marine Sales / Business Development Manager
Job Description: Dubai – Ensure to get involved in many stages of setting up and negotiating deals, including presenting the business to potential clients, negotiating the main terms of a marine service sale and seeing it through to its conclusion and any follow up that may be involved. Ensure to build up a database of contacts and keep a close eye on the market, interpreting trends and seeing opportunities for clients. Achieve sales and margin budget set for Mubarak Marine services. Service & expand existing Marine customer base. Assess current and future opportunities of Marine Services. Gathering of competitor activities through market intelligence. Maintain good business relations with existing customers. Perform after-sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor tender sales opportunities. Job Requirements Be self-motivated and creative; with a strong business sense and negotiation skills; Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship skills in order to effectively… influence, collaborate, and lead others. Possess strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
