Job Position: HR GENERALIST/ EXECUTIVE
Job Description: Mohammad Omar Bin Haider Group (MOBH Group) – Dubai – Under the guidance of the Group Human Resources Manager and within the limits of the company policies and procedures; assist and provide Human Resources assistance for all employees in the property. Skills *Participate in the preparation of the Human Resources Budget under the guidance of the Group Human Resources Manager. *Maintain an up to date CV’s Database for future facilitation of recruitment needs and assist in recruitment process and professional candidate correspondence. *Establish and maintain effective employee relations. *Conduct Induction / Orientation program for all newly joined employees. *Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly. *Maintain an up to date computerized database of all employees and keep the payroll system accurate at all times *Assist in the preparation of the monthly Human Resources Report. *Assist the Human Resources Manager in the preparation of periodic reports as required and ensure that all official reports are sent on time *Coordinate with all Departments with regard to Human Resources related activities. *Assist in maintaining personnel files for all employees in methodical and confidential manner and ensure files and other information are kept under strict confidentiality. *Ensure visa applications, requests and correspondences are sent to MOBH Head Office on time and keep track of following up regularly. *Ensure / update the employee documents expiry lists related to visas/passports / medical insurance are all up to date. *Recruitment experience in Real State is a must.
