Job Position: Executive Assistant- Fixed term contract
Job Description: Bahrain – Responsibilities Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority Producing documents, meeting minutes, briefing papers, reports and presentations Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Head is well prepared for meetings Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff Carrying out specific projects and research Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience , preferably coming from a banking background. Computer proficiency (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Self-correspondence. Very organised, able to work independently, and efficiently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and highly discrete issues. Highly proactive. Flexibility and diplomacy. Ability to multi task and work under time pressure. Fluency in English.
