Job Position: National Sales Manager- Modern Trade
Job Description: Dubai – Our Client: Our client a leading distributor of a wide range of FMCG products, a fantastic business who holds their staff, their customers and the environment at the heart of everything they do Your Role: Your key agenda will be to lead the sales and business development function for International Consumer Division in UAE. You will plan and implement sales strategies to enhance distribution depth, availability and visibility of the principal company’s products. Effectively manage the division, team and trade. Working more on a strategic level with the accounts in creating value for both parties, joint business planning, setting a clear performance expectation of achieving value and volume growth, negotiating trade terms, contracts, working in close collaboration with the marketing teams to put plans in place for new launches, design, develop and deploy the channel initiatives. You would carry the P&L for the channel.You should have above average skills in budgeting, business plans…, sales management, market planning, marketing, merchandising, negotiation, sales management, strategic Planning, trade marketing. Must Have: MBA preferably with 10+ years of holistic and qualitative sales experience in the FMCG industry. Astute professional who carries not only operational excellence but the ability to put strategy plans together as well. You must be competent to lead the channel plans and steer the team to effective performance. Leadership or managerial experience would be a big advantage.
