Job Description: Dubai – Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms Make coffee and set out food for guests and top management Ordering supplies Ensure reception area is tidy. Coordinate mail flow in and out of office. Coordinate office activities.
