Job Position: Assistant Manager- Human Resources
Job Description: Saudi Arabia – To act as a trusted partner to the company management on all HR related matters; to study the need of the business from HR prospective and develop HR Policies & Procedures and implement HR strategies and practices that support robust business growth; inculcate a culture of performance focus, employee merits and diversity and ensure compliance to HR policies by everyone across the organization. – Ensure new joining employees are appropriately inducted into the business and supported to become productive as quickly as possible.
