Job Position: Regional Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Description: Jeddah, Makkah – 1-Manages and drives the day-to-day talent acquisition service offerings in an assigned global region for the enterprise. Plans, defines, and validates a talent acquisition philosophy and approach for the organization. Collaborates with management to identify metrics and measures to assess the impact of talent acquisition on business outcomes. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 12 Years minimum experience. 2-Evaluated in context of a large org. Provides measurable input or develops new processes or standards in support of the organizations business or functional short-term strategies, with a direct impact on the business/function overall results. 3-Often uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. 4-Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as party of day-to-day activities. 5-Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas. 6-Broad organizational practices across several different job areas or mastery of a discipline within a function. 7-Directs more than one team; determines team structure and roles of members. 8-Application of knowledge is regional (e.g. Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America, Middle East). 9-Education : Bachelor degree 10- Minimum Years of experience: 12 years…see more details
