Our Power, Gas, Coal and Renewables (PGCR) Sales team have a new and exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded individual, to help push the boundaries of the sales process as we know it. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Sales Director, supporting both our EMEA and APAC sales teams, this person will help facilitate incredible revenue growth by adopting a scientific approach to our sales processes and changing our internal approach and behaviors. Our Account Managers are responsible for closing deals and owning client relationships. This role is responsible for providing the Account Managers… with optimized tools, information and documentation to speed up our sales process, and for ensuring these are optimized and fully deployed. The primary aim of this position will be to: Create, refine and deploy tools and processes to support sales. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of existing tools and processes; e.g. Customer usage analysis, customer events, contract renewal year plans, white space planning, upsell opportunity planning and social media. Provide reporting on deployment and effectiveness. The post holder will be responsible for: Manage an annual calendar for PGCR across EMEA/APAC. Support Sales Director with the implementation of additional tools and processes. Work with Account Managers on a regular basis to ensure they have the tools they need and they are following the correct processes. Manage output from events to ensure prompt follow up.
