Job Position: BD and Office Administrator
Job Description: Inspire Selection – Dubai – Are you a confident administrator who also has sales experience? Are you looking for an interesting, hands on challenge where you can play an integral role in a business? An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global organisation who are in the process of setting up their office and advisory firm in Dubai. The role will involve calling leads to arrange meetings for senior staff members and getting numerous meetings confirmed. You will be confident on the telephone and able to convert a ‘no’ in to a ‘yes.’ You will build relationships over the telephone with Assistants to HNWIs in order to help get the meetings arranged. This is an all round role where you will also be responsible for sitting on reception and managing the office admin. You will liaise with international offices to deal with expenses and you will be responsible for maintenance and renewal of office stock and supplies.
