Job Position: Administration Officer (Financial Coordinator)
Job Description: Riyadh – Ensuring that all transactions are in compliance with the policies and procedures of the authority. Performing transactions and services that include all the various banking functions such as withdrawals, deposits, and wires. Performing an Inventory of his/her own treasury, daily closing operations, and handling any deficit or surplus in accordance with the bank’s instructions. Delivering all documents of the daily operations executed to a supervisor. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high quality services. Solving customer issues and responding to their inquiries. Executing financial orders that are issued by the financial accountant and approved by the financial manager. Saving documents that are of high sensitivity or confidentiality to be shared with financial management. Writing a weekly report to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with an explanation for any delays.
