Job Description: Niagara College KSA – NC KSA – Riyadh – Niagara College, widely regarded as one of Canada’s most innovative applied learning post-secondary institutions, has expanded its international reach through four satellite campuses located in Saudi Arabia. With a strategic focus on developing “world-ready and work-ready” graduates, the campuses specialize in delivering a number of diploma programs in the areas of Tourism, Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Occupational Health & Safety, Graphic Design, IT, and a Foundation Program for English language development. Applicants are invited for the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources Operations, Niagara College KSA, Corporate Office in Riyadh. Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, the Senior Manager, Human Resources perations is responsible for the continued smooth operations of the HR department by maintaining and enhancing the college’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The Senior Manager, Human Resources Operations must liaise with members of the HR team across all campuses, the Government Relations Officer and Campus Principals. The incumbent also sits on various committees and takes an active role in HR planning. This position has a duration of 12 months, with possibility of renewal, and with an anticipated start date of as soon as possible. It is expected that the incumbent be flexible in terms of hours of work and maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and tact regarding internal and external relations.
