Job Position: Back Office Coordinator ( Service Fulfillment – CSM Consumer )
Job Description: Dubai – Manage and assign daily tasks for resources under CSF. Processing work orders containing residential customer’s services, which includes one or all of the basic triple play services (Landline, Internet and TV). Verification & Validation of Customer details, location matching & services requested, based upon the technology & CPE type. Segmentation of customers based upon new, existing & relocation action codes. Monitoring and Routing the Queues and clearing the backlogs. Handling Escalations Preparing next day appointment Tracker Preparing & generating daily reports. Printing Work orders for the next day & attaching customer feedback form, Room Condition & Main Check list during Site Visits & CRs Resolving onsite issues while technicians are at the customer premises. Resolving the FE issues by coordinating with back office teams & other concerned departments. Informing the Customers regarding the delay, in case the tech is late to the customer’s site.
