Job Position: PA/Admin Role
Job Description: Ras al-Khaimah – Report to the Managing Director Answer all calls/take messages/re-direct. Organise daily schedules and meetings. Handle day-to-day administrative emails. Manage renewals for licensing, visa, health cards etc. Maintain calendar/appointments for senior staff. Manage filing system, both online and manually. Follow up and manage debtors list. General office duties such as ordering of office supplies, faxing, photocopying and maintaining an organized filling system. Initially the role will be on a part time basis, 3 to 4 days a week from 8-5. Over time, we would like to increase the role to a full time position as and when it suits the employer and employee. Skills Administrative background in UAE, preferably a law firm. Advanced computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel. Organisational skills. Basic bookkeeping skills. Fluent english.
