Job Position: Office Manager/ Executive Secretary
Job Description: Isam Kabbani Group – Jeddah, Makkah – Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the Management department goals. Manage the housing activities to make sure the best quality service is provided to all Company guests /customers. Manage the mail office activities to ensure the processing of Company correspondence on timely manner with high accuracy and confidentiality when requires. Provide support and secretarial services such as typing, filing, scanning. Manage and maintain office files and documents. Schedule appointments and meetings and answer phone calls. Ensure a smooth running of office processes. Follow up with meeting’s times and any delays/cancelation. Respond to client emails and follow up on received inquiries by providing the required information. Look out for events that may be attended to relate to company services and enhancements. Maintain and follow up on office supplies, stationary and equipment and reorder whenever needed. Prepare the meeting agenda …
