Job Description: Basamh Trading Company – Jeddah, Makkah – Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as per the company target policy. Putting plans on how to achieve sales targets by customer by category group based on channel share of overall sales target. Preparing coverage plan to reach 100% of customer and achieving distribution target by customer class. In addition, plan should include number of employees, daily & monthly routes. 100% implementation of signed contracts with Upper-Trade customers regarding physical spaces, display areas, deductions (rebates, commission, rentals). Taking a leading role in contract preparation with all the needed data analysis and proposals to further save on contract amounts or achieve better optimization. Leading contract negotiation or any tactical promotions with key account customers putting a full proposal for execution.
