They are currently looking to recruit HR Manager Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the Talent Acquisition function and develop the company resources database of candidates Managing implementation and on-going execution of performance & reward system Developing strategic HR professionals that can provide quality HR service across the company, which includes: Acquiring Talent, Developing their potential, and rewarding their performance, per company guidelines. Mange the implementation of (ORACLE cloud) ERP system. Implementation of HR Business plans within the allocated budget. Align HR policies Implement ‘foundation systems’ and databases (e.g. people and job databases). Recruitment and quality of ‘people’ (succession, manpower, development).
