Job Position: Registration Assistant
Job Description: Bahrain – Coordinates graduation procedures with academic units to ensure that all requirements are met prior to graduation application. Monitors status of undergraduate/graduate students, and advises students on graduation requirements. Duties: 1. Coordinates the process of collecting, recording, and verifying completion of all graduation requirements. 2. Processes degree applications for prospective graduates and notifies candidates of deficiencies or completion of requirements. 3. Advises students, departmental staff, and faculty of university graduation requirements and policies; responds to inquiries and researches and resolves problems. 4. Maintains records and generates reports and statistics. 5. Coordinates graduation procedures with academic & admin. Units 6. Filing system of students to be maintained 7.
