Job Position: Office Assistant Needed in Dubai
Job Description: Dubai – Organize office and assist managers Coordinate courier pick-ups and delivery Packing and unpacking deliveries. Preparation of orders for clients Update applicable filing. Perform reception duties such as greeting customers, answering calls and taking messages. Serving beverages to visitors. Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages Help with inventory updates Prepare sampling Must be detail oriented Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience- preferably in UAE… as an office assistant or secretary. Fluent English- read and write. Hindi, Urdu and Arabic a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be personable and willing to learn Working knowledge of computers.
