Job Description: Citigroup – Bahrain – Job Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer service on every single interaction. To leverage sales opportunities and to effectively promote our suite of products to our clients, and build sales revenue by cross-selling and up-selling to new and existing customers. Responsible for first call resolution and to record all interaction details on system. To capture every promise that is made to the customer and to deliver within timelines. To act with integrity and follow the Code of conduct. To effectively migrate customers to remote channels.
