Job Position: Jr Site Administrator ( HR & Admin Function )
Job Description: Muscat – To provide Administrative support i.e. Coordination with Head Office , Immigration/Passport/Work Permit/Visa/Exit/ Airline Ticketing through the registered Travel Agency, Arranging Airport Pick-ups, · Payroll Assistance/Monthly Time Card Management and Employee expense, Overtime claims, etc. · General Facility/Housekeeping Management, Office Management, Camp Management, Mess Hall Management, Review and answer correspondences with accurate information, Recommendations to Head Office, · Updating Itinerary of the staff on daily basis relating to Arrival, Vacation &Final Exit. · Updating/Managing the Manpower staff at Site relating to joining date, Passport/Work Permit/Medical Insurance details, address, validity, expiration, renewal etc. · Working closely with HR, Finance and Facilities to ensure smooth functioning, Coordinating with the all departments mainly Head Office · Responsible for Mobilization and demobilization of the staff to other ongoing Projects Candidate must …
