Job Position: SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Riyadh – Female)
Job Description: Riyadh, Ar Riyad – Main purpose of job To process orders from customers to ensure that they receive the right goods on the right date at the agreed price. Main responsibilities 1. Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their require- ments. 2. Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays. 3. Maintain customer stock levels to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice periods. 4. Arrange stock deliveries to customers to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and delivery records. 6. Provide customers with information requested by them about stock and orders. 7. Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the com- pany remains as the preferred supplier.
