Job Position: Career Enhancement Center Assistant
Job Description: City University College of Ajman – Ajman –  Assist admission inquiries, fill-up Admission Forms, receiving documents when required.  Admission data entry to UMS.  Filing and keeping record for Student Database, and produce the document when required.  Assist Feedback (formal and informal) from students.  Assist Internal Verifier to finalize BTEC assessment record and documents as follows.  Help in the course file such as cover pages, fix the “scheme of work” template for printing, attendance report, name list etc.  Help with the record list of registered students for Internal Verifier files.  Update and maintain the result of all the courses in the excel sheet.  Maintain attendance record of all the courses.  Upload students’ data in EOL , documents, photos, grades etc.  Conduct Computer Based Exam (CBE) Invigilation and submit Exam Report to ACCA Dept.  Coordinate with Student Affairs Department for student activities.  Prioritize the tasks instructed from CEO Office.  A point of contact…
