Job Position: Career Enhancement Center Assistant
Job Description: City University College of Ajman – Ajman – Assist admission inquiries, fill-up Admission Forms, receiving documents when required. Admission data entry to UMS. Filing and keeping record for Student Database, and produce the document when required. Assist Feedback (formal and informal) from students. Assist Internal Verifier to finalize BTEC assessment record and documents as follows. Help in the course file such as cover pages, fix the “scheme of work” template for printing, attendance report, name list etc. Help with the record list of registered students for Internal Verifier files. Update and maintain the result of all the courses in the excel sheet. Maintain attendance record of all the courses. Upload students’ data in EOL , documents, photos, grades etc. Conduct Computer Based Exam (CBE) Invigilation and submit Exam Report to ACCA Dept.
