Job Description: Oman Air – Khasab, Musandam – Obtain the passenger manifest for the flights from PDO at least 24 hours and Occidental/ Duqm/ Sohar 12 hours prior departure Assign for the system and book the passengers per flight schedule and routing Book the passenger per reservation system procedure and create group PNR not exceeding 99 passengers per group Ensure the reservation system confirms PNR before a second PNR is created if more than 99 passengers Ensure business class seats are blocked for selected PDO passengers During the PNR booking the reservation system automatically connecting to the check-in system Ensure to send email to catering section (catering ops coordinator) advising the booked load Coordinate with GHA for check-in counter opening 2 hours before schedule departure Supervise the check-in counter and closing at 30 minutes before departure time Ensure counter closure on time Ensure to contact BMA and pass the number of bags checked and confirmed by BMA Ensure to pass to Ramp Dispatcher the number o…
