Job Position: Coordination Officer – Arabic speakers
Job Description: Talabat GTC – Dubai – Create and update product data, coverage areas, delivery region, working hours, contact numbers, images and logos on our Website. Set up, monitor and manage online order transmission. Upload and maintain the new promotions / offers & Banners on our Website/portal Link with sales for any immediate changes. Respond to client/business partner incoming queries or information by phone or emails. To follow up all enquiries, prepare forms and reports, and summarize the coordination tasks implemented for any project for a new or current client. Up-keep of a client/business partner database – updating where necessary to allow effective Coordination Service in the future. Liaise with graphic designer for resizing of logos. Skills Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). Fluency in arabic is must. Knowledge of data entry software. Knowledge of CRM. Time Management Skills. Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
