Job Position: Properties/Facilities Manager
Job Description: Doha, Qatar – 01. Develop, manage and achieve the Annual Budget and Operating Plan 02. Set up and manage the FM Operating Plan and service contracts (services, safety, security). 03. Set up and manage the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance. 04. Oversee rent and service charge billing and collection. 05. Recommend service payments and expenditure in line with the budget. 06. Manage the quality of the property assets and the property environment. 07. Maximize Net Operating Income from the leased properties through the provision of good quality accommodation, effective marketing, good tenant relationships and lease renewals with good quality tenants. 08. Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations. 09.
