Job Position: Office & Housing Manager
Job Description: Doha, Qatar – General administration in supporting a work environment which meets the company’s & employees’ needs. Responsibilities: Day-to-day administration of office, as well as, support for housing of expatriate employees Establish & maintain productive working relationships with vendors & lessors. Liaise with service providers including catering, security, cleaning, & maintenance. Manage contract & price negotiations in a cost-effective manner. Prepare requisitions & purchase orders, as well as, maintain stock lists. Oversee company drivers & housing staff to ensure efficient & effective support of company’s operations. Assist in making hotel reservations for visitors & provide any needed assistance.
