Job Position: Administration Manager – Jeddah
Job Description: Auto Body & Paint Solutions – Jeddah, Makkah – Responsible for purchase and servicing of office equipment, orders and issues office supplies and stationeries and travel bookings and accommodation. Planning, organizing and managing the calendars and schedules of key senior staff including travel arrangements and processing of travel expenses. Determines whether financial and internal controls are adequate to meet management objectives and makes recommendations for improvements. Managing programs/ projects which require knowledge to prioritizes workload to meet work unit operations. Meet with the management on regular basis and direct the work of other classified associates in the area based on ability by communicating effectively with them. Counsels and advice department associate on solving complex problems or issues regarding management or monitoring system.
