Job Position: Client Service Manager
Job Description: Dubai – Oversees problem resolution and contract compliance for specific strategic customers. Has overall accountability for customer satisfaction, service level agreement (SLAs), and services revenue. Leads cross-organizational efforts to plan, implement, and communicate overall services strategy with revenue goals and competitive services offerings. Must have an understanding of tools and utilities used to manage, escalate and report driving consistent, efficient, and effective behavior. Must have a high level understanding of the companyÂs products and be able to leverage technical resources to expedite problem resolution. This job also requires extensive cross-organization negotiation in order to develop and implement solutions which incorporate new technologies or systems developments. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems.
