Job Position: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Job Description: Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP) – Dubai – Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), the leading venture capital firm in MENA, is looking for a personal assistant to support the investment team and MDs at our office in Dubai Media City. The role is open and for immediate hire. The main responsibilities of the role include: Arranging travel, visa, and accommodation for employees Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests, and dispatching as appropriate Assisting with MEVP presence at events, including ordering / printing marketing materials and liaising with event organizers Meeting and greeting visitors into the office Handling calendars of managing partners, including scheduling meetings / calls across multiple time zones Handling employee expense reports, vacation/leave stays, and other documents as needed Skills Strong English written and oral communication skills Superb organizational ability, flexibility, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Job Details Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Co…
