Relocation assistance for new joiners / transferees. Record of Annual Maintenance Contracts of various office equipment. Control of Company Petty Cash. Control of R&D building equipment like. Genset.AC Plant, Firefighting system. Arrange stationery requirements for personnel and activities. Handling Attendance & leave records maintenance through Access Management Control System. Record Maintaining of R&D library management like text books, official monographs, journals & periodicals. Materials & inventory management for activities like trials at pilot plant, packing stations, and consumer research etc. Repair and renovation of offices. Managing contract staff.
