Job Position: General Accountant
Job Description: Dubai – General Ledgers Duties: Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule Prepare and enter journal entries which includes correcting entries, allocating Expenditures, grant related entries, etc. Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures Prepare monthly account reconciliations Account payable Duties: Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements Account receivable Duties: maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out invoices, follow up on, collect and allocate payments monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, research and res… – Permanent – Full-time
