Job Position: Back Office Manager
Job Description: Premier Technology – Riyadh, Ar Riyad – Main Tasks: – Arranging leads or orders, tracking delivery of goods, fixing up appointments, taking feedbacks, and scheduling the required meetings. -The back-office manager handles the entire responsibility of processing the business. -Keeping the sales and forecast details. -Managing and handling the significant of workers and planning regular performance reviews for the management based on workers performing -Creating and analyzing the CRM reports and various functions of the company sales activities and suggest for any changes or upgrades of the same according to the business’s development. -Coordinate with procurement Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports. -Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records. -Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. -Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office – Initiate the required calls to new and existing customers. – Monitor and handle all business contracts …
